WHO WE ARE
Hi, I’m Michelle O’Connor, CEO and Founder of O’Connor Executive Search.
Through my customised recruitment programs I enable fast growth organisations to achieve their ambitions by finding and hiring the best talent for their businesses, quickly & cost effectively.
I have also advised and mentored recruitment business owners & leaders to build customised programs enabling them to scale their existing business.
Previously, I led the national and international research programs for a broad range of executive search assignments for multinationals and plc’s. I’ve created an executive search business unit for a niche marketing talent house, and actively developed and extended beyond the existing multinational FMCG clients to service and advise plc’s on their strategic marketing talent needs.
My career started in a global financial recruitment firm a life-time ago and I’ve spent eight years fulfilling the hiring needs of a broad range of clients, including two years as Project Lead on a significant strategic talent acquisition and talent relocation project for Pfizer EFSS.
